Rules

These rules apply to the game, the site, the launcher and the official HnH Games channels (such as Discord). By playing on HnH Hero you agree to them and to the Terms of use.

1. Respect

• Treat players and staff with respect. Insults, harassment, threats and stalking are not tolerated.
• Hate speech, discrimination of any kind and sexually explicit content are banned on every channel.
• Do not expose other people's personal data (real name, address, photos, other social accounts).

2. Character and guild names

• Offensive, obscene or discriminatory names, or names that glorify crimes, will be renamed or removed.
• Impersonating staff is forbidden: names with "GM", "ADM", "Staff", "HnH" or similar.
• Guild emblems follow the same rules.

3. Forbidden programs and modifications

• Bots, repeat macros, auto-clickers and any program that plays for you.
• Speed hacks, memory editing, code injection, packet or client editing to gain an advantage.
• Modified client files to see through walls, remove limits or gain any other advantage.

Visual tweaks in the launcher options (resolution, shadows, view distance) are allowed.

4. Bugs and exploits

• Found a bug? Report it in game or on Discord. Useful reports may be rewarded.
• Exploiting a bug on purpose (duplicating items, gold or EXP, walking into blocked areas, stalling wars) is punished, and so is telling others how to do it.
• Items, gold and EXP gained through a bug are removed, even after they have moved to another account.

5. Trading

• Selling or buying items, gold, characters or accounts for real money or for goods from other games is forbidden. The only official way is HnH-Cash, bought on the site.
• Trade through the trade window, the personal shop or the in-game market, and check everything before confirming.
• Scams (swapping the item at the last second, promising to pay later, impersonating someone) are punished.

6. Accounts

• Your account is personal. Whoever shares a password takes the risk: staff do not restore items lost on a lent account.
• Staff will never ask for your password, in game or on Discord.
• Accounts used only to feed another account's fame or ranking (killing yourself, arranged kill farming) are punished together with the account that benefits.

7. PvP and wars

• Killing other players in PvP zones is part of the game from level 10.
• Within the game's rules, ambushes and fighting over hunting grounds are allowed; hounding the same player outside the game is not.
• Using bugs, programs or accounts from the other faction to disrupt castle wars is forbidden.

8. Chat and megaphone

• No spam, flooding, excessive capitals or advertising other servers, sites or services.
• The megaphone is for the game: trade and guild announcements are welcome, insults and outside advertising are not.

9. Penalties

The penalty depends on severity and history:

1. Warning.
2. Chat mute.
3. Temporary account suspension.
4. Permanent ban.

Items, gold, HnH-Cash and ranking positions gained irregularly may be removed at any stage. Accounts created to dodge a penalty receive the same penalty.

To appeal, contact the staff on the official Discord with your account and character names. The rules may change; the version on this page is the one in force.
