Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the HnH Hero site, launcher and server, run by HnH Games. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them, to the Rules and to the Privacy policy.

1. The service

HnH Hero is an independent Hero Online server run by HnH Games, with no ties to the companies that developed or published the original game. Hero Online and related marks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is". We may change rates, events, items and features, perform maintenance and, in extreme cases, shut the server down, with prior notice on the site and on Discord whenever possible.

2. Account

• You need a valid e-mail address to create an account. Players under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and for keeping your password secret.
• Tell the staff if you suspect unauthorized access. We may ask for information to confirm the account is yours before any change.

3. Conduct

You agree to follow the Rules. Breaking them may lead to a warning, mute, suspension or ban, plus removal of items and advantages gained irregularly.

4. Virtual items and HnH-Cash

• Characters, items, gold and HnH-Cash are virtual content. You get a personal license to use them in the game; they are not your property, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• HnH-Cash is bought on the site and spent in the in-game Tavern. A purchase is confirmed once the payment is approved.
• Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of confirmation, as long as the HnH-Cash has not been spent. Otherwise, purchases are not refunded unless the law requires it.
• Accounts banned for breaking the rules lose their HnH-Cash and items, without refund.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the server online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or problems with your connection or computer. When a server error causes proven losses, the staff may, at their discretion, restore what was lost.

6. Content you send

Names, messages, guild emblems and other content you send remain yours, but you allow us to show them in the game and on the site (for example, in the rankings). Content that breaks the rules may be removed.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the end of this page, and important changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.

9. Governing law and contact
