Common problems

The launcher does not open

• Make sure HnHLauncher.exe is in the same folder as Hero.exe.
• The launcher needs Microsoft Edge WebView2, which ships with Windows 10 and 11. If the window does not appear, install the "WebView2 Runtime" from Microsoft's site.
• Keep at least 1 GB of free disk space.

"Server offline" in the launcher

Check the status on the Server page and maintenance notices in the News. If the server is online for others, check that your firewall does not block the game.

I cannot log in

• Your username and password are the ones from the site. Confirm your e-mail before playing; if the e-mail did not arrive, resend the confirmation.
• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password.

The game is slow or freezes

• In the launcher Settings, lower the view distance and turn off shadows, reflections, motion blur and bloom.
• Prefer borderless window or fullscreen at the monitor's native resolution.

Antivirus

Some antivirus programs flag the launcher or the game by mistake. Only download the client from the official site and add the game folder to the exclusions.
